LONDON — A radio station is to pay at least $525,000 to a memorial fund in the name of a nurse found dead after two DJs duped her into putting them through to Duchess Kate’s hospital ward where she was being treated for an extreme form of morning sickness.

Four days after being admitted for a rare and severe form of morning sickness, the pregnant Duchess of Cambridge left a London hospital Thursday.

A smiling but slightly wobbly-looking Duchess Kate emerged from King Edward VII hospital on her feet, carrying a bouquet of yellow roses with her husband, Prince William, by her side.
