Boston bombing survivor describes standing next to Tamerlan Tsarnaev

Jeff Bauman’s life changed forever the moment the bombs went off at the Boston marathon. His life-threatening injuries became a symbol of struggle and resilience after the bombings, as did the photo of Carlos Arredondo pushing the critically injured Bauman in a wheelchair moments after the explosions. Bauman spoke exclusively with NBC’s Brian Williams about realizing he stood “right next” to one of the bombers.
